Welcome to Paint Remix LLC ("Paint Remix," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing our website, reserving an event, purchasing tickets, or participating in any Paint Remix experience, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. About Paint Remix

Paint Remix LLC is a premium paint and entertainment company based in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, providing:

Special Events and Promotions

2. Reservations & Bookings

Submitting a reservation request does not guarantee an event or booking.

Reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by Paint Remix.

3. Private Events

A deposit is required to secure a private event.

Unless otherwise stated:

Deposits are non-refundable.

Final payment is due no later than seven (7) days before the scheduled event.

Events not paid in full by the due date may be cancelled.

4. Paint Remix Live Events

Paint Remix Live Events operate using our Remix Threshold™ reservation system.

Guests initially reserve seats without payment.

If the required reservation threshold is reached:

Guests will receive an invitation to purchase their reserved seats.

Payment must be completed within the payment window provided.

Unpaid reservations may be released to other guests.

Paint Remix reserves the right to cancel or reschedule events that do not meet minimum participation requirements.

5. Pricing & Taxes

All advertised prices are subject to applicable Louisiana sales tax unless otherwise stated.

Ticket totals displayed during checkout include any required taxes and fees.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Private Events:

Deposits are generally non-refundable.

Requests to reschedule will be considered based on availability.

Paint Remix Live Events:

Refund policies may vary depending on the event.

If Paint Remix cancels an event, guests will receive either: A full refund, or The option to transfer their payment to another event.

7. Guest Conduct

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, guests agree to:

Treat staff and other guests respectfully.

Follow instructions provided by event hosts.

Refrain from disruptive, unsafe, or illegal behavior.

Paint Remix reserves the right to remove any guest whose behavior negatively impacts the experience of others.

8. Food & Beverage

Food offerings vary by event.

Outside food and beverages may not be permitted unless approved in advance.

Guests should notify Paint Remix of any known food allergies before attending.

9. Photography & Media

During events, Paint Remix may capture photographs or videos for promotional purposes.

By attending a Paint Remix event, you grant Paint Remix permission to use photographs or video that may include your likeness for marketing and promotional materials unless you notify us in writing before the event.

10. Intellectual Property

All Paint Remix branding, logos, graphics, event concepts, website content, and trademarks are the property of Paint Remix LLC and may not be reproduced without written permission.

This includes the Remix Threshold™ concept and associated branding.

11. SMS & Electronic Communications

By voluntarily providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you consent to receive communications from Paint Remix, which may include:

Reservation confirmations

Booking updates

Payment reminders

Event reminders

Promotional messages (when consented to)

Message frequency varies.

Message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.

Reply HELP for assistance.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.

12. Limitation of Liability

Participation in Paint Remix events is voluntary.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Paint Remix LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from participation in our events or use of our website.

13. Website Use

Users agree not to:

Use the website for unlawful purposes.

Attempt to interfere with website functionality.

Copy or redistribute website content without permission.

14. Changes to These Terms

Paint Remix may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
